Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Daniel Cabrera is capable of dominating from time to time.Baltimore’s Daniel Cabrera, a maddeningly difficult fantasy player to own, was on his game last night, coming within two outs of tossing the first complete-game no-hitter by an Oriole since Jim Palmer did it in 1969.
