Even ignoring the utility slot you're looking at filling 60 slots. When a player like Winn, who is currently tied for 44'th in runs scored, 19'th in stolen bases, and 53'rd in batting average is available you better take a long look at him, otherwise you might find Coco Crisp and Luke Scott anchoring your outfield. A quick check in three of my leagues( 2-15 team, 1-12 team)showed that Winn was rostered in all 3 leagues. A standard 12 team league runs 5 outfield deep, plus a utility slot.
