The top candidate in the AL Cy race this year is a pitcher that last year at this time was at Triple-A and for the most part went undrafted in most formats this past spring. Pitching is such a crap shoot and I'm certainly not advocating that Pavano is the next Cliff Lee, but in AL-only formats, pitching for the Yankees he's got to be worth at least a look-see.
