Podcast: Clay Buchholz’s Rising Star
“I’m leaving Wrigley Field! And I’m taking my Cubs with me!”
After a hiatus last week because of the NBA Playoffs, RotoRob’s Fantasy Baseball Weekly Podcast (heard every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST on Blogtalkradio), returned to action, albeit missing one half of its crew. That’s right, Tim McLeod was M.I.A. this week, so we brought in Tim v 2.0 (AKA, Tim Heaney of KFFL.com fame) to replace him. Tim H. did yeoman’s work, helping keep things grooving as we discussed a veritable cornucopia of Fantasy baseball goodness:
- Clay Buchholz’s freaking awesome start to 2013. How good a sell high candidate is he?
- Matt Harrison has undergone a second back procedure in eight days. Is he done for the season?
- Tim thinks it’s not a bad idea for Stephen Strasburg owners to test his trade value.
- Matt Garza could be in line for a monster second half once he gets healthy, so consider him a superb stash candidate.
- We opt to table the “All Knuckleball Argument” for another show.
- RotoRob bemoans having another solid start by Ervin Santana wiped out by snow — in May!
