Offseason Lowdown: Bosox Bullpen Blues

February 1, 2007 | By RotoRob | comment on this post
Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Curt Schilling will return to pitch another season.
Who will Curt Schilling pitch for in 2008 and who will be the Bosox closer are two big questions the team faces heading into this season.

If you recall from the podcast I participated in earlier this week, the Bosox closer situation is wide open since the team wisely decided that Jonathan Papelbon would be better served as a starter. I decided this question deserved closer scrutinity in this week’s Offseason Lowdown.

So who’s going to be racking up saves in Boston in 2007? We handicap the candidates and break down each pitchers’ chances of having instant fantasy value this coming season.

You can read all about it in this week’s Offseason Lowdown.
